These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SPID9Y OFM website and services operated by SPID9Y OFM ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

SPID9Y OFM provides AI-generated creator personas, images, reels, stories, and related digital content for agencies and individuals. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Custom AI persona creation using LoRA models
• SFW and NSFW image generation
• Reel and story content production
• White-label licensing of AI personas

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Content Ownership

All AI-generated content delivered to you under a paid plan is licensed for your commercial use as outlined in your selected package. SPID9Y OFM retains the right to use anonymized versions of generated content for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. NSFW Content

Certain packages include access to explicit or NSFW content. By opting into NSFW services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• Distribution of NSFW content complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• You will not use NSFW content involving minors or any illegal activity

6. Payments & Refunds

All packages are billed monthly. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for content already delivered.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Generate content depicting minors in any context
• Impersonate real individuals without their consent
• Engage in fraud, harassment, or any illegal activity
• Resell or redistribute raw LoRA models without authorization

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

SPID9Y OFM is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
